Sucked up a rope in impeller, turned up side down to cut rope out, flipped back over & engine area half full of water. It would crank and run for about a minute or 2 and die. Brought home and drained engine area and let dry out. Will only run for a minute or two and die, but it cranks back up . What do i do?????

you turned the ski over in the water to get the rope out? and then it was half full of water in the hull correct? did you follow your ski specs for proper ski turn over in the water? also if it where half full of water and you tried starting your ski while the water was in the engine are/hull then you ingested water as well, if you leave this sit with that water in your motor it is going to start rusting.

You need to get you seadoo running and get the water to evaporate out as it runs. If you had it started, that's half the battle. Keep it running. If you get it started and it's on the trailer use a garden hose to keep it cool and run it for a good 5- 8 minutes. You need to keep it started so all the water steams out so to speak. If the battery runs down, recharge it un connected to the seadoo,so it won't surge the other electrical components. Then get it running. Time is of the essence, as it will start to corrode and rust the interior of the engine.
