Well I've got a 92 SP that's been sittin in the garage for awhile. It was stored properly. I put new plugs in it, brand new battery, it will not crank and run. It spins over fine. I've got spark at plugs. It will run for a second or two if I spray choke cleaner in it. I pulled carb last night and all was good on it. Gonna look at the gas on off switch next and see if diaphram is collapsed. Anyone got any suggestions of what to do next??????

Don't keep trying to use choke cleaner to start it. It has no lubrication value at all and might end up seizing the engine. Use a small amount of gas and oil you use in the seadoo now as a pre-mix. I would make sure it is getting fuel to the carbs and that the carbs including the internal filters are clean.
Let us know how you make out.

on these old guys the anti-siphon valves on the bottom of the fuel pick-up lines in the fuel tank stick shut. pull the piece out of top of tank-making sure to mark which line is which. there are 4 of them. 2 pick-ups, 1 vent, and 1 fuel return from carbs. then, try to suck through the 2 pick up lines. then soak them in carb cleaner until they draw. make sure you have beer handy. carb cleaner tastes nasty. if they aren't stuck, check the flow through the fuel shut-off valve and make sure the plastic filter-seperator isn't letting you suck air at the top.
