91 XP Dual Carb - How do you remove?

My question is how to remove and clean the dual carb setup on the 1991/1992 Seadoo XP? Please help.

I would get the shop manual for the carb R&R and use the mikuni book for the rebuild

The shop manual does not have instructions.... anyone have the instructions or the mikuni instructions?

remove the bottom nuts from flange on carb, disconnect the throttle, choke,and oil cables, and obvious, remove the airbox, then lift carbs up/out. From there, dismantle one side at time, refer back to diagram for remove/install. Be careful when dismantling carb, so you can reuse the gaskets/o-rings.

You will find it a lot easier to get the carbs off the intake manifold if you take the whole intake assembly off the engine by removing the 4 nuts from the RV cover. Also, once you have the assembly on the bench, you will find it easier to remove the front nut off the front carb if you first take off the throttle bell crank. Oh yeah, having the Mikuni carburetor wrenches helps a lot.
