Bought this used and I am new to PWC's took the ski out 1 time it tipped and flooded the inside. After that it would turn over but not stay started, took it home and wouldnt turn over anymore. Put in new starter, new solenoid, new spark plugs and checked battery. All my wires have good connection and showing voltage. Except brown wire? Could this be why its not starting or turning over. Any Suggestions would be appreciated!!

Have you yet replaced the gray fuel lines?

Mine had gray lines, and we tipped it over. That tipped the goop into the carb. We had to idle back to our dock. Turns out the gray lines were dissolving into the carb. Cleaned out the entire fuel system, and replaced the fuel lines, and she runs fine now.

Charge the bat. (MUST UN HOOK from Sea Doo to charge it, or it will overvolt the electrical sys!)

Then, clean all the electrical connections to the batt. Clean and grease BOTH ends of both cables.

The brown wire from what? Is the start stop switch working properly? Have you tested for continuity at the switches? Is the lanyard working properly too?
