90 seadoo sp wont start help please

I have a 90 seadoo sp with the 580 single carb set up first off i had no spark fixed that problem then no fuel changed the fuel pump got fuel now it cranks over has spark has good compression but floods plugs fouled quick any advice on where i can get a carb at a decent price im pretty sure its the carb

take carb off, and go thru it, stud. Sounds like a stick'n needle.
