Can you block off the pump and do a premix on a RFI engine?
The reason I ask is my old enging through a rod and I just replace it with a SBT engine and after I bleeded the oil line from the oil tank to the pump and was trying to prime the two feeder lines to the rotor vaule. I notice no oil coming from the pump to the rotor vaule. ( the reason the old engine through a rod) I'm guessing bad pump, I haven't taking the pump off to check it. But with no oil coming from the pump when I would spend the engine with out plugs in so the engine would spend faster and I would wot the throtler, ( I haven't connected the coil and plugs wire yet and no gas in the tank), I'm not getting and oil from the pump.
any ideas from any of you all?
thanks, Glen
