HELP.... Big trip planned this week and after rebuilding my pumps and replacing carbon seals I find this bastard leak on the side of my jug... I'm pretty sure from the location I'm looking at some kind of freeze damage. The boat is running AMAZING my cavitation is finally gone all is good but now this. I have no reason to suspect any water is getting into the actual cylinder. Does anyone think epoxy putty would get me by? PXL_20220624_003157281.TS_exported_8360_1656036045005.jpg

You can try epoxy putty, it’s already damaged and will eventually have to be replaced anyway.

I put JB Weld metal filled on the plug on the exhaust. It has held up perfect after about 10 hours of running.
