787 jugs water drains

Hello again. I'm reinstalling the jugs on my 97 gtx 787 engine that l'm rebuilding. Do l install the jugs completely, then deal with the water drain lines after? Or install the water drains while installing the jugs? I'm worried about tearing the base gasket. I will be using a bit of Threebond with the gasket. Are the water drain lines hard to install after the jugs have been torqued?

I don't put anything on the cylinder base gasket. I also build the engine, they worry about the other parts. You'll need freedom of movement during the assembly. There is no diffiuclty installing any of the lines after assembly. Good Luck !
