It takes me about a half hour on friday to start my right motor and then it runs great all weekend. I switched the electrical from the other motor still the same. Stator is good.. Although appears no spark. Appears I have reading from all on mpem except ecm.. Do I have to replace my mpem? Any idea where to get one? Thank you.

Have you pulled the plugs and checked that you aren't getting spark? I used to have this boat and found that leaking/melted exhaust rave valve caps lead to hard starting. Its pretty easy to check them out, just pull the retaining clips off and inspect. Be careful though there is a spring under the cap and enough tension on the spring to cause it to go flying.
