Quick answer, no... It can't.

Longer answer: Yes, anything can be done with the right amount of money. BRP made these things were you just can't change out your engine sizes. Most of the times, it's the electrical system and motor mounts that hold you back. BUt, if your willing to spend the bucks, you could find a custom fab shop to fit it for you........then you put in all the new electronics.......:cheers:

This swap is a lot easier than you think. The motor mounts up the exact same way. If you want make it real easy and use your original electrical system, make sure you also transfer the flywheel and stator to the 717 motor. Then it will be all good.
