5 Years Not Used....

Hi all,

Got a See-doo Utopia with a 200 Opti Max with only about 30 hrs from a new engine fitted years ago, not been in the water for 5 years so was wondering what i need to do before taking it out.
I have obviously dropped the fuel and will probably change the 2 stroke oil in the tank, but is there anything else, should i consider putting it into a dealer to service and check everything.

Just replace the fuel in the tank... and make sure it has oil. You really don't need to replace it, unless you suspect it's the wrong type. Other than that... just give it a good once over to amek sure there are no loose hoses, or leaking seals.

Oh... you should probably replace the fuel filter(s) too.

I would also just take it out for a short run by yourself, or with a helper. DO NOT plan a day with friends and family on it's first time out.
