3d Exhaust "t" Melting???????????

Cooling system.....
It appears that your cooling system is either stopped up or, if so equipped, your water regulator is not working. The exhaust system has a sub-system that injects a small about of cooling water into the exhaust to cool components. In the manual for the 2003 947 DI motors (I don't thave the 2006 at easy disposal at the moment) their is a water regulator, but on the expanded view of your parts on the exhaust for the 2006, I don't see it.
If you have it, it should look similar to a RAVE and has small (1/4") lines connected to it.
One thing is certain, you have lost cooling water to your exhaust.
You'll need to go from beginning to end on it to find out where your blockage is.:cheers:
