250 Optimax Low and High Fuel Pump OHMS

Guys- i stink at the manual. I'd like to test the ambient OHMS of my two fuel pumps. Anyone know acceptable resistance for low and high pumps? Lift pump too if you have it. Thx.

Instead of checking resistance of pump motors, I think you would learn more by checking function/delivery of the pumps. As in fuel pressure with engine running.
