240 rebuilt?

I've been trying to figure out if my engine has been rebuilt. Is there a way I can confirm that? I've had the boat for 3 years now.
2001 Islandia, 240 EFI.
I checked compression last year, was 125 on all cylinders. Should I expect more if rebuilt?
All fuel lines look like they've been replaced but other than that, I can't tell if anything else has been updated.

Take the heads off, and measure the cyl bore. OR... if the pistons are clean enough... you may be able to see a size stamp in them. That's the only way if it wasn't a factory rebuild. (Merc puts a reman tag on them with the serial number)
