Hello all, me again:
This year I ah e found that when starting, I put it on neutral. And most of the time I have to “play” with the fear shifter(move it up a couple cm or back a couple cm) to get it to turnover, otherwise just spins but no turnover. Shift cable or something else I’m not thinking of?

If the starter is spinning... it has nothing to do with the shift lever. You need to clean the starter shaft, and bedix.
