215 Sportster 2006 engine trouble?

Engine running rough, reminds me of when one cylinder on a 4-cylinder motorcycle isn't firing. Doesn't stall at low rpms and starts up ok but RPM will only go up to 5800 and top speed down from roughly 60 to 35 as indicated on boat speedometer. Any ideas what might be going on? The supercharger has been serviced with new washers installed by the prior owner. Thanks

Changed the plugs, put in fuel additive and fresh tank of gas and improved for a day - 7000 rpm and better speed yesterday. Reverted back to sluggish, rough response today. 73 hours on engine. Have searched old posts and no luck. Related to super charger?

I would pull the SC hose and see if you can spin it with your fingers. Your complaint is exactly like a bad SC or hose issue to the SC.

And to be honest. I will NEVER trust a PO statement without paper work to support it.
