210 Wake 2012 ski pylon stuck

Hi All, my ski pylon on the swim deck has been stuck for 3 years (since I bought the boat) and I jus managed to get it out by hammering from the bottom (engine compartment). I’ve cleaned and oiled and it still gets stuck about half way down. I could bang it in but will not come out. Any suggestions?

I would venture a guess that it might be slightly bent? Take it out and roll it on a flat surface and you'll know pretty quickly, especially if you can take the two halves completely apart and roll them each. Any wobble in either one and you've probably found your issue.
