I have a 2010 210se with 430hp and I would like to get it to about 510 with the X charger, external intercooler, and catch can. What I need the most help with is the external intercooler. Not sure if I even have room for it because of the swim platform storage. Has anyone out there done this conversion if so would love some pics and advice. Thanks

Well, they made that exact boat with 510hp(sorry, I read it as a 230 and not a 210, next paragraph) so it all fits fine as long as you use the same parts. However, I don't think there is a big difference in performance between the 510 and the 430, maybe a little stronger acceleration and 1-2 mph. I suggest you take a ride in a 510 before you spend all the time and money for the conversion which you will have several thousand dollars in converting.

I'm sure there is plenty of room to add intercoolers. The easiest thing would be to add a fizzle ic kit. The skis have way less space than the boats and they make those work so boats should be easy. Not aware of anyone who has done this conversion but I'm still skeptical how big the gains will be versus money spent.

Thanks for the reply but I believe you are thinking of the 230s. I have a 210 and the largest engine package was the 430hp. My thinking is more hp will let me get more pitch on the impellers to get more speed.
