2024 spark trixx - weird low frequency humming noise / vibration

Hey there, now that I have the machine out of water I noticed it is making some odd-ball low frequency noise and vibration that will come and go randomly while its running on the trailer.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

update I guess the shop says it's normal.. we will find out next season.

Some are more noisy than others. Mine makes a low pitch rattling noise on trailer. Only time I am concerned with noise when running on the hose is after pump/ wear ring maintenance. If there is abnormal noise on the water and performance decline then it is time to worry.

That model has a carbon seal which started in late 2022. The noise is the seal heating up and getting sticky and them wobbling around. Try to minimize the time you spend with it running on the trailer to save the carbon seal. Below 2022 they didn't have this system so it didn't make that noise.
