Drove to Illinois to pick up a ski, Seadoo gti se 130, got home and noticed this. (1st picture)
Not sure where it came from. Looks like a plastic compression fitting on the drive shaft that is not attached to anything. Took to a repair shop and they state it was a fitting that was not put in place from the factory. I was told they “clicked” it back into place and should not be seen. Not sure if this went to the boot on the impeller or is somewhere else I cannot see. I feel this isn’t right. The second picture shows what it looks like now. Anyone out there who could show me a picture of what there’s looks like. I have nothing to compare it to.
