2021 GTX sea doo speaker connecting. Not playing

Hi, as the title says. I connect my Bluetooth and it makes the noise that it connected. It also makes the noise when pushing volume to max. But no Bluetooth sound is coming out. I've tried disconnecting. Turning ski off and on and using different connectors like pandora or spotify from phone. Could someone help with this please and if anything to be troubleshooted please explain for dummies like myself.
Again, the general brp speaker noises are coming out of speaker but nothing from the connected Bluetooth device.

I don’t know where to start… but I understand what you are saying - the speakers are making noise with the connected tone and volume max tone. So your assumption is the speakers are working. I assume that the device you are using also used to work?

I would start with the basics if you haven’t done so already: try a couple other devices. Make sure the volume on the device is also all the way up. I would still suspect the device is an issue. Or maybe there is some kind of an amplifier issue?

I think if the simple stuff all checks out and doesn’t resolve the issue, then you will need a shop manual and get into the specific diagnostics. This one may be a bit difficult to diagnose without some specific tools.

Make sure the connected blue tooth device audio is selected to the Seadoo audio system. On a iPhone there is a small speaker symbol in General Controls, not sure for a Android.
