2021 GTi SE: trying to figure out l-key

I've been thru the manual and find is very cryptic on the topic of learner keys for my 2021 GTI SE I just bought of a guy who owned it since new. Only had yellow key and he says it's the only one he's ever had.

While in the screen settings I see the L-Key #1 come up with the ability to change the level from 1-5 as mentioned in the manual. But it's not clear why I'm seeing this if I have the yellow "haul ass" key in it.

I was also told Sea Doo got cheap and ONLY gave the standard/green key with this model year unless you paid more for the learner, not sure if that's true.

So do I have the fast key (yellow?)
Why do I see L-Key 1-5 mentioned on the screen if it's not an L-Key?

Keys go bad, not easy to program, you need two.

Once a key is programmed to PWC as learner, the regular key is used to set the level of the learner key through the display.
Both keys are needed to change learner level.
