2019 Seadoo Spark doesn't turn off when Key removed

I have a 2019 Seadoo Spark. The jetski turns on but when the key is removed the jetski remains on. The battery needs to be unplugged for it to turn off. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this or have an idea of where I can start?

i had a lot of problems with not starting and beeping while riding and found out it was the D.E.S.S post that the key goes on i would change that first $56.00
