We have a 2019 GTI155 on our pier lift next to our 2021 GTR230. We have been quite busy the last 4 weeks and did not have an opportunity to take them out. We hosted a family party this past weekend and planned to use them heavily for tubing and general fun. The GTR230 fired right up and was gone. The GTI155 responded with the typical startup sequence, recognized the key, but then displays Limp Mode. At this point pressing any button causes the display to turn off.
Both skis were flushed and cleaned at the same time after that last use. They stay covered on our lift while not in use.
Is this a simple case of a very weak battery? Seems to me that would be displayed instead of Limp Mode.
We are new to Jet Skis; I'm hopeful the forum will be a great resource. I am very active on Jeep forums having had Jeeps since 91 and found forums to be invaluable for troubleshooting/learning.
