2018 RXT- Removed gauge to repair and now "reading Key" stays on once reinstalled

I removed my gauge cluster to repair the LCD display and now once I reinstalled it, it gives a long beep and "Reading Key" stays on. Ski will fire right up but display still says Reading Key. Would I somehow need to reprogram the key because the gauge was removed? I'm assuming it wouldn't start right up if this was the case. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

What work did you do to repair the LCD?

Just the film in the display. It was sunburnt. It was working just fine other than having a real hard time seeing it.

The long beep signifies a communication error with the cluster. The cluster and ECU have to be married to each other. Are you sure you got the exact same gauge back? Usually it won't start with a different gauge but have seen it on occasion on certain year gauges.
