2017 gti 130 whistling noise

Hello, my 2017 gti 130 seems to have a whistling noise coming from the front end. Noise is present at any speed but I don't really hear it with the seat off at idle. First time in the water since winterization and I did not hear this noise last year. This is not a whining sound.Any thoughts?

Have you checked the oil level? Is it above the full line?

The oil and filter was changed by the dealer in the fall along with the winterization. I would hope it's not filled to high but anything is possible. I'll have to check.

My experience has been, once you reach around 1/2 and inch above the high mark of oil on the dipstick, you often get a whirl or whistle sound. I am assuming it is through the TOPS.
