2015 Gti se130

I have a 2015 Gti 130. Having problems that seems the Shop that I took it to can't figure it out. Ok so the jetski will start up no issues, will run no issue. if you go easy on the gas and get out of the water its fine, but when you hit the throttle it sputters and dies. So I got the code P1106 which is mass air flow sensor. They changed that didn't fix the problem. Also checked for a intake leak.. Nothing.. They Changed something called the top switch and nothing. Anyone have any ideas? Would appreciate any feedback.

And when you are taking them out keep them in order and note the condition , send us a photo. You might also have bad fuel , need to do a fuel pressure test if the plugs don't fix it.
