2012 speedster question

Has anyone got their ski mode to work? I installed a ski mode module but it didn't work. I wonder what needs to be changed to get it to work...

I looked into this for mine too, and was told by the dealer that it would not work on the speedster 150 even though it has the right instrument cluster as the prop on the speedster does not generate enough low end torque to work with the ski modes properly ):

I looked into this when I first purchased my boat. There is no ski mode that can be enabled on the Speedster 150.
