2012 Seadoo rxp 260 won’t go above 30mph

I need some help figuring out why my rxp 260 wont go above 30mph. I’ve got this 2012 Rxp 260 that seems to run great but only goes 30mph and the highest the rpms get is a little over the 5 tick. It starts up, runs and idles great. Just to clear any questions about the key up. I have two keys, a yellow and green key. I have been using the yellow key. The green key limits the ski to 10mph and that is the training key so I’m assuming the yellow key is the regular key that allows the ski to run at its full potential. I just changed the oil a couple hours ago with a genuine seadoo kit. The oil level is halfway between the full and low mark. It’s got the right ngk plugs in it according to the plack on the ski and they look somewhat new and they are gapped right. I’ve also cleaned the fuel rail and injectors. The injectors are spraying nice and even and it has fresh gas in it. I’ve only started the ski up once or twice out of the water for a quick second and they’re seems to be a tad bit of rattling coming from the jet pump. The ski doesn’t vibrate or make any crazy noises out on water but I’m thinking possibly the wear ring may need to be replaced. Also I’ve heard these skis have a carbon seal, where is that located and am I able to check to see if it’s good. Unfortunately the cluster is sun baked pretty good and I can’t make out anything it’s saying. The only thing I was able to read off of it was the hours, the ski has 75hours. This thing seems to run great it just won’t go above 30mph. I’ve attached some lies of the ski and a picture or video if it will let me or what the cluster guage looks like when the throttle is pinned on the water. Any help is appreciated, thank you.IMG_7459.jpeg

Possible the supercharger is slipping and not boosting properly?

You could pull the charger intake off and try to spin the impeller by hand. If you can spin it by hand, that may be your problem.
