2012 seadoo challenger BH-2 Wiring issue to ECM

2012 Seadoo Challenger 180SP wiring problem.. I just changed out the motor and cant get the ECM to send the grounding signal B- H2 from the ECM to power up Relay 2 on fuse panel 2.. I jumped my relay yesterday and got power to everything and the boat started. Anyone have an idea to check on where the BL/PU wire goes, according to the service manual it runs from B-H2 to the maine harness and then from there to B1 fuse panel 2 relay.. I have tried tracing the wire and it shoots up in the hull somewhere and then back to the relay..

Do you think that I can just splice in a new wire and directly connect it from the ECU to the relay??

It looks like it goes through a connector EH/C1 before it gets to the relay. I would check that connector before jumping stuff out. See attached.
