Thank you for the help so far... So i tore into the engine a little more..
I wasnt smelling the fuel in the cylinders so I decided to pull the injectors and they are all gummed up..
I then went and pulled the intake maniford to see inside... and look at this.. It is more than gummed up.. it looks almost crystalized but when i touch it its smooth..

I think this is the reason for no start and 50-75 lbs of compression throughout the engine..

Now do you think that I could pull the heads and clean them or do you think that I am going to need a new head assembly?

Thanks for the info8

Your choice is to clean and inspect and then decide if and what you need replaced, or just buy new and replace. If it were me, I would tear apart and inspect everything to find the extent of any problems, order new parts for anything out of spec or fugly, and either clean and keep serviceable parts as spares or sell on eBay to make some money back. Anything suspect gets trashed.
YMMV

(Nice pictures; sorry about the mess though!)

Cant buy parts till you know what to purchase. From the looks of your pictures the motor is trash. Did this engine ingest water?

You need to tear the engine apart.

Start where you are and keep following that crud until you don't find it anymore.

Looks to me like it was drowned.
