2012 Rotax 260 - high idle after I hit the throttle once

After I start my boat for the first time, it idles around 1850… as soon as I blip the throttle once, it’ll hang up and hold around 2500.

Tried a throttle reset with BUDS but no luck.

Thinking air intake leak? Anyone have any input or past stories ?
