2012 Challenger 180 SE value?

Hey gang,
I hope this is appropriate in this forum. I am the original owner of a 2012 Sea-Doo Challenger 180 SE that I am considering selling. NADA site says retail should be around $19-21k. Is this realistic in this market? Does anyone know of similar recent sales that I can compare to? Boats.com and other sites haven't helped me much. Only ~120 hours, SC 255 hp, tower, never had any real issues - replaced a ground wire under warranty and just replaced the intercooler this summer. The carpet is pretty worn but the cushions are all in good shape. On the original galvanized trailer, it has been in fresh and salt water. Located just north of Tampa.

Looking at comps on boat trader, I would say you would be fair in asking the $19-21k for the boat.

Another dealer in Florida has this ad up New 2012 Sea-Doo 180 Challenger, 32804 Orlando - Boat Trader .
