Love the boat....both my son, myself and son-in-law noticed that when we wake board behind the boat that between the wake the water churns so much it makes it hard to stay up on the board....I’m wondering why? Is there anything I can do to change this..I’m 60 and I want to keep boarding but the slippery feel makes me very uneasy.

Aren't you supposed to be outside the wake when wakeboarding? How long of a rope are you using?
Does your wakeboard have any skegs? Skegs make it handle better, but makes twists and 360s a little more difficult.

How fast do you tow and how much rope? You’re not going to get as clean and as smooth of a wake compared to a prop boat. Once you get up, maybe try and venture outside the wake to get clean water. Have fun!

Well i mean of course lol....the only time i (And 2 other peeps) dont feel solid is when right behind the boat where the water churns...and yes the board has the original skegs and i did a quick a dirty measurement of the rope and its around 55’

Oh and I tow at about 20mph...know enough not to pull to fast on a board thankfully

We typically wakeboard between 13-18 mph where the wake is biggest on our 210. Boarding behind our jetboat sucks compared to our previous Nautique, but it's definitely doable. Much better when you get outside the wake and into smooth water.

Good point...I’ll try a little slower speed....i owned a ‘97 sugar sand marine se jet boat prior to this and it was never an issue...that boat had a v6..this has a 4 with turbo so maybe its the turbo who knows?

We had a '92 ski nautique. She had a 351 windsor in her. Less horsepower than our jetboat, but about 1000lbs lighter too. Really needed some ballast to get a good wake going, but the wake behind the boat was smooth due to the flat bottom rear hull.
