I have found a very good deal on a new 2010 Speedster 150 (155hp) at a local dealer, almost bought it friday but decided to sleep on it over the weekend and do some more research. My questions are these

Any known issues with these boats?
Primary use will be ICW and rivers, it seems to be very suitable for that. Would anyone not agree?
My dad used to ski back in the day and has already mentioned going skiing behind it, he's about 180lbs. Any issues?

The next question is, where is a good source for parts/accesories/ go fast parts (used to have a hopped up 96 XP back in the day), as I haven't been able to find much at all. Which PWC does the engine/Pump parts interchange with?

Thanks in Advance guys

Buy it if the price is right. If you don't mind me asking, what is the price?

My wife and I bought a 2008 in January that was brand new, still sitting on a dealer's floor, with 0 hours. Couldn't be happier. We use it exclusively for ICW. No known issues with the 155hp boats.

Shouldn't have a problem skiing with it, we've never done it but many members here report no issues with it.

Not a lot of "go fast" parts out there for these boats. Keep doing your research, and good luck!

They are great little boats. With the 155, there arent any major problems. As far as go fast stuff, like said, not much out there. Sea Doo squeezes the most HP out of these engines already. If you try to get more you decrease reliability.
