I broke the left side pin that runs through the pole that keeps the ladder from sliding out of its slot. Any ideas on repairing this or finding a replacement. The ladder bracket is held on with 13mm. Bolts but they are extremely tight and I am not sure if they should be removed. I am afraid of damaging the hull while wrenching on this bolts. Any ideas

You can replace the with a thin nut and lock bolt, or replace the hole thing. I replaced my entire ladder. Purchased it from this forum. Bolts came out, use locktite and sillicone...

There appears to be some type of set screw on the ladder that holds the pin on place . I can't find a tool that fits the hole to loosen the pin to remove it. Am I missing something on the removal of the pole?

Maybe it's a small allen set screw or even a roll pin. If it's a roll pin, you will need a punch to push it out. Maybe post a pic?

Any luck in repairing or replacing your ladder? If you did replace it, where did you find the new ladder? The ladder on mine was missing when I purchased it.
