2008 Seadoo Challenger Ski Shaft Broken

We recently purchased a 2008 Challenger 230 SE and noticed an issue with our ski shaft. Upon closer inspection it appears that one of the elevator bolts (on the right in the picture below) that holds the ski shaft to the frame is sheared off. I am guessing that they towed something that was far too heavy!

Does anyone have any experience changing these? Where can you purchase one (or trying to find the size)? How do you remove the bolt as there is no head to them (see picture below)? I don't want to damage the fiberglass/gel coat when removing the bolt.

I will answer my question in case anyone runs into this issue in the future and can't figure it out.

Once I removed the fixation plate (the plate attached by one screw in the top picture) I saw there was another nut.

Once that nut was removed I was able to easily remove the elevator bolts.
