It's pretty normal for the jets being there is no transmission and no true neutral. You have a little bit of adjustment with the reverse bucket cable, but not much as you always want to make sure the buckets latch in the up position.
It's pretty normal for the jets being there is no transmission and no true neutral. You have a little bit of adjustment with the reverse bucket cable, but not much as you always want to make sure the buckets latch in the up position.
There's a latch on the side of your reverse bucket bracket that locks the buckets up at full throttle to ensure they don't drop down on you and cause the boat to slam into reverse. There's also a cable that exits the transom that allows for a little bit of adjustment to raise or lower the reverse bucket.
Too much adjustment and the bucket won't latch in the fully up position.
