I have a 2008 Sea Doo Challenger 230 SE 430HP. Does anyone know where I might be able to find used discontinued parts.

What are you looking for? BRP didn't make most of the accessory parts and they are still readily available.

I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to source the rear starboard cushion (pn 204614960).

Unlikely you will find new boat seats in your exact year and color. However, these can be easily made. Use your opposite cushion as a pattern for the plastic base. You can get a half sheet of PP plastic from your local plastic supply house or you can just use marine grade plywood. Then just match up the vinyl and have it made by a boat upholstery shop.
