2008 GTX 215, Forgot to torque rocker shaft bolts

2008 GTX 215, I replaced my Valves, springs, had the head machined and reinstalled it with a new gasket and bolts. Ran perfectly for an hour but then when I opened it up it topped out at 62 mph. I knew something was wrong and slowed down. Oil light came on and it ran poorly. Kind of a knocking sound. Then I remembered that I forgot to properly torque the rocker shaft bolts. I just used 89 inch pounds when the head was on the bench and meant to torque them after the head was installed. One bolt backed itself out and all were loose. I torqued them properly but it still runs badly and knocks. The sound seems to be coming from the intake side of the motor.
any ideas what I may have damaged? Bent valves maybe?
