2008 Challenger 180 Speedometer

So far this season my speedometer has not worked. Anyone know what could be wrong?

Is the paddle wheel on the speedo sensor moving freely? I've seen debris such as twigs, sea weed, wrappers, etc. bind them up.

Speedo cluster

Take it back to the dealer. My 08 did the same thing and they replaced the whole speedo cluster gauges.
