I got the boat yesterday, I drove it from the guys dock to mine, we have cottages on same lake. Drove it this morning around the lake, all good. Go to start it afternoon and port engine does absolutely nothing, starboard fires right up, both had been firing right up previously, im sure its something simple and electrical. Its not clicking or anything, I switched the start switches and still nothing. I don't even have a manual so I am pretty blind looking for stuff, found fuse box under dash and the ones for each motor in the enginge compartment but nothing was blown. The only other thing I thought was the neutral safety, which im still a little suspicious of, it stopped the starboard engine from starting a couple times till I moved it back and fourth, but I gotta imagine if I can get one motor to fire its not that. I was also playing with the radio and speakers, the previous owner had put in a sub and two other amps, and a new head unit, and its all kinda cobbled together, I still need to address that more, but don't really know if that's the culprit. if theres anything else you guys can think of I would appreciate it. The motor was replaced recently, but I really don't think its a mechanical issue, it was all good till after I played with the radio.
