Thanks any other possibility it could be. But runs like a champ till I shut it off and let for for a bit

Water can only be coming from so many places. Have you checked your coolant levels? If you're coolant levels are low, then you could have a cracked or leaking cylinder head or cracked water passage somewhere in the block.

Your oil cooler is another place where coolant could be getting in as well (if it's cracked or leaking).

Your exhaust manifold is filled with water to cool it. When the engine is running the water is being forced out the exhaust. When you shut down the motor, the water in the manifold is no longer being pushed out. If you have a leak, that water will now seep into the engine, eventually making it's way into the oil.

Just because she runs fine, doesn't mean you don't have a leak. Water in the oil of sitting boats is commonly caused by exhaust manifold leaks. You've already ruled out the supercharger. Time to rule out all the others.

Also check this post for more help.

Good luck.

I’m not loosing any coolant and have replaced inner cooler. Like you said abt the Exhaust manifold make sense to me because when the boat is running it’s fine it’s once I shut it off and let it sit that’s when the water is getting in Thanks a lot brother.

There have been some recent posts about similar issues that have resulted in leaky exhaust manifolds. Try pulling the exit hose off and have a look inside. If it's all scaled up, it could be the culprit. Your next step would be to remove the manifold and have it pressure tested to make sure its really the source of your problem.

I’m a plumber so testing shouldn’t be a problem

Glad to see you figured it out. Schematics have the exhaust manifold at $700+.

eBay has them cheaper and so does SBT

You may even be able to have yours welded up.

Good luck
