Hey all. So I have 66hrs on this unit and had just bought it. I am aware of the supercharger washer issue but am wondering this.. 7700rpm is the most at WOT. It has stayed consistent over the last few hours Ive had it and doesn't seem to be getting worse as of yet. My plan is to finish off the summer and then send the SC off for a rebuild. Is it possible that the low rpm is just the throttle cable loose or something other then the SC? It is getting rebuild regardless but thought maybe that a tune up is all that it is lacking at the moment. I should be getting 8100 rpm? Is 7700 the low end of good still?

So to update I had a closer look and with the throttle all the way forward the cable was not pulling far enough I re adjusted it and hopefully I'll get my 8100 rpm now.

I only hit 8,100 RPM during takeoff for a short while. At top speed, it's usually around 7,700 - Same boat as yours. I haven't rebuilt my SC yet either, bought this year with 3 hrs, now 24. Been consistant.

Ok i tested it and got 75 extra rpm lol. Hole shot bursts 7800rpm then top speed 7700rpm @ 53 m/hr
