2007 speedster 200 430hp

Boat just pulled out of storage, left engine will fire and run. Right engine will turn over but won’t run, it has new plugs new wires and good compression. Any ideas?

have you confirmed fuel and spark?

I swapped files lines and no changes, but there is no spark

Engine has good compression as well
