2007 speedster 150 215 problem

Hello, I'm new to this forum and also new to the seadoo boats. I just purchased a speedster 3 weeks ago and I have a few questions to ask. The boat only has 23 hrs on it, and it works awsome.

1. water getting into bildge
2. rear engine compartment hard to opened

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
