I need to know what type of battery do I need. The interstate battery that the boat had, the info is smudged.. It looks like 609 cracking amps or something like that.. If anyone could tell me which battery I need that be great...

It should be a battery with a 30 amp hour duty cycle. I did not see a listing on cold cranking amps but since they don't have 609, I'd go with a 650 CCA (cold cranking amps) Deep Cycle battery. It came from the factor with a Yousa battery but I'd take the Interstate (which I would not use) battery to your local Advanced or Autozone. They'll test it, tell you how many CCA it has and recommend the best suited for your boat. They also come with a full replacement warranty for a certain period. Then, a warranty that's usually up to 1 or 2 years, depending on what you choose. Best part, your info is put in the computer so you don't have to worry about your receipt.

Do not use Walmart. I could not tell you how many bad batteries I've bought from them. I don't even buy my lawnmower battery from them anymore...
