2007 Seadoo Challenger Engine RPM Not In Sync

We have a 2007 Sea-Doo Challenger 230 WITHOUT a Supercharger.

We have had it for several years without any issue. However recently when we applied about 50% power the starboard engine seem to fluctuate RPM. The port engine is running fine.

My understanding from my research is that the engines run independently so I have already "isolated" the issue per se.

I was wondering if anyone else has seen something like this and if so what did you do to solve it?

Change your spark plugs.

I will answer my own question in case anyone else has this issue.

It was not the plugs. I changed them as I didn't know how old they were--we are new owners--but they looked okay.

I used some SeaFoam recommended by another forum.

It seems to running much better now!
