2007 RXT will not start <------ FIXED!

A friend of mine with an 07' RXT just called and asked me to post here as he is currently in an area with no internet

He just took his RXT out for the first time this season, he put fresh fuel in, checked oil, ect. before taking it out.

His second round out, it suddenly died. It still turns over fine, he checked for spark, spark is good, replaced plugs anyways.

I am about to head out to check it out, have any recommendations for what I should be looking for?

Thanks -erik

update-

ok, turns out that he didnt winterize he sea-doo's

After sitting in his garage for 9 months, he just took them right out.

When it died, it died suddenly, it didnt spudder.

checked all fuses and checked for spark.

I drained all the fuel it, the fuel looked very "cloudy and some what greasy".

I disconnected the fuel line from the fuel rail to see if the fuel was pumping, fuel is pumping perfect.

After putting new fuel in I still had no luck, BUT it seemed to have "almost" fired twice.

Any suggestions?

Monday I am going to go back to attempt to start it with starting fluid, probably not the best idea, but at least it will help clarify if its fuel related.

I am not too familiar with the 2007 RXT's, I noticed that there was no SET button to push 5x to get P-Codes. Is there another trick to get the P-Codes? or do they no longer have on-board diagnosis?

Ok, so I finally fixed the issue.

The fuel injectors were clogged due to old fuel. aka not winterized during off season.

The way I cleared the injectors was pretty red neck.
First I removed them, cleaned the tips with a paper towel dipped in alcohol, re-installed them on the fuel rail, re-connected the wires to the injectors, filled the fuel rail with injector cleaner, with the coils disconnected, I had a friend push the start button, as my friend was pushing the start button, I put my mouth on the end of the fuel rail to blow pressure to get the injectors to pulse out the injector cleaner.

WORKED PERFECT!

Re-installed the injectors/rail. fired right up!

Heres a few pictures, as you can see, after letting the fuel sit for a few munites in a jar, the bad fuel quickly settled at the bottom.
