2007 RXT 215 Speed and Temperature not shown

Information Center Self Test shows everything right when start up
Old Speed Sensor show now diffrence when turning Paddle Wheel
New second Hand Speed Sensor shows 3-5 Volt

Both Speed Sensors shows no Speed or Temperature at Information Center

Was the cluster changed? If so, it will need flashed and then married. If not, check that 3-5V signal all the way to the ECU. Have seen ECUs fail where they won't show speed signal to the cluster.

I bought BUDS MPI-3 and activate the Temperature and Speed.
It Worked directly with the old and new Speed Sensor
